Who We Serve

Wellness Essentials Kits support:

  • Youth aging out of foster care

  • Teens navigating pregnancy

  • Women leaving unsafe homes

  • Individuals entering recovery programs

  • Families experiencing crisis or housing instability

These are people in our communities — our neighbors, friends, and colleagues — experiencing temporary hardship, who need practical support to build a stable foundation for the next chapter of life.

Community Impact

Our goal is to grow a network of corporate partners, community organizations, and volunteers, delivering  1,000 kits each year.

Every kit costs approximately $34 to assemble. While some items are donated, financial support is essential to sustain the program and provide high-quality kits consistently.

How You Can Help

Businesses, organizations, and individuals can partner with us to make a lasting impact:

  • Sponsor 10+ Kits – Ensure consistent access to Wellness Essentials.

  • Volunteer – Join kit assembly events and see the impact firsthand.

  • Donate Supplies – Contribute items to help fill kits.

Your support strengthens local networks of care and helps individuals move from hardship to hope, planting the foundation for a thriving future.

Supporting Individuals Through Life Transitions

Across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, many individuals and families face seasons of hardship — leaving foster care, rebuilding after family crises, or entering recovery. During these pivotal moments, even basic personal care items can be hard to access.

The Wellness Essentials Program provides full-size hygiene and personal care kits to support individuals during the first months of rebuilding their lives, helping them regain stability and move forward with hope.

How the Program Works

We partner with trusted community organizations to ensure kits reach those who need them most, including:

  • Churches and outreach ministries

  • Youth and social workers

  • Recovery programs and shelters

  • Women’s homes and family support organizations

  • Community resource centres and food banks

Each kit contains items like shampoo, soap, toothpaste, razors, feminine hygiene products, and lotion — full-size, quality essentials to help for more than just a single day.
