With over 18 years of experience as a youth pastor, mentor, and community coach, Sarah has devoted her life to building partnerships and creating opportunities for transformation in communities both locally and globally. Since 2016, she has lived and worked in Uganda, serving marginalized families and empowering the next generation through skills training, leadership development, and practical support programs.

Sarah’s commitment to outreach began in high school and has only deepened over the years. Her work in Uganda has been both humbling and transformative, navigating cultural and spiritual challenges while cultivating sustainable change and hope for vulnerable communities.

Today, as Director of Good Ground Harvest Network, Sarah invests her time into community partnerships, program development, and serving as a catalyst for change. She works closely with local organizations, rural churches, schools, and families, providing leadership, mentorship, educational support, and essential resources — all with the goal of equipping individuals and communities to thrive.
