China for a week

So privileged to be touring Linyi and also Beijing, China with Rick and Tammy // We spent the first few days at their apartment in the Shandong province, where Tammy is a principle and Rick tutors in English conversation. We were well fed by many special dinners and cafeteria lunches! Together we traveled over the weekend to Beijing where we stayed on Wangfujing Street and toured Tian’anmen Square, Forbidden City, and the Mutianyu Great Wall. Tammy is fluent in Mandarin so it has been so fun traveling with her! The weather was very cold, so I will be happy to be back in my shorts under the African sun next week!
