City life
City life is fun cause my most favorite thing is running into people I know in town. Seeing a familiar face, unplanned, and then spending time together....Our ministry is shaping up to be bumping into people on the sidewalk who we know, or having special God talks with people we've met along the way. Today we saw a Youth Church friend from South Sudan in town and he helped us buy pad locks, and then a property manager who tried to sell us an apartment at Hardware City shared with us about how his father is very sick in India and we got to pray with him, then our favorite pizza guy at Nandos spent time with us over lunch, and then another salesman who we've met a few times had ice cream with us, told us about his pig farm dreams and helped us negotiate prices at the local food market....All random interactions that led into great conversations about God, church and family. So, we shall see what God is up to ... Maybe we will start a home church gathering in our new apartment in Naalya, or seek a church meeting space, or maybe continue with intentional talks over ice cream or chai in town?!
