Kenyan purse

Beautifully woven Kenyan straw purse. This bag is handwoven by a community group of women from Mombasa Kenya. These bags were traditionally used for carrying food from the rural gardens or from the market because they are strong and durable. This bag is would be wonderful for everyday use as a handbag. Lined with fabric for a soft interior. Size: 13" Wide x 9" Tall

These bags were inspired by the Eastern part of Kenya, used by artisans and traders at the market Handmade and woven by artisan groups in Mombasa Kenya, using raw materials and genuine African leather which is stylish, tough and durable.
